Our history

The BÜSCHL Group is one of the leading real estate companies in Munich. With innovative construction projects and sustainable urban development, we have been shaping the cityscape for decades now, providing important inspiration for living and working spaces, growth, and quality of life in the region. Our history can be divided into two significant phases.

The BÜSCHL Group started out as a small architectural firm before developing into a globally active general planner and property developer with a focus on the industrial and commercial sector. It has been involved in the development of construction projects with a total investment value of several billion euros. Our projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors enjoy an excellent reputation among the general public, in professional circles and especially among our clients.

In 2010, the group was completely restructured and realigned by Ralf Büschl, the son of the company’s founder. Under his management, it has focused on construction law and project development. These days, the BÜSCHL Group has positioned itself as one of the leading project developers in the greater metropolitan area of Munich. As a company that continues to operate internationally, we offer engineering services with expertise, architecture with creative ideas, and consultation and support with a personal touch.

The BÜSCHL Group is a member of the board of trustees and a long-term benefactor of Wir helfen München, an organization for people in need.
